Privacy and terms

The short version: aong.dev and its sections, such as mods.aong.dev, have no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. This page explains the little that does happen when you visit, and the terms for using what's published here.

What happens when you visit

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Fonts, images and code

Everything the pages load, including fonts and the 3D scene, comes from aong.dev itself. No other company is contacted while you browse.

Time and theme

The scene behind aong.dev reads your device's clock to light the sky, and the theme you pick is remembered in local storage on your device. Neither is sent anywhere. Clearing your browser's site data removes the theme choice.

Language choice

On the Balatro mod pages, the language you pick is remembered in local storage on your device so the pages open in that language next time. It is never sent to us.

Using what's published here

Each project states its own license on its page and in its source. The Balatro mods use the GNU General Public License v3.0, which lets you use, study, change and share them, and means they come without any warranty.

The Balatro mods are a fan project. They are not affiliated with LocalThunk or Playstack, and Balatro is a trademark of its owners. Other projects named on this site belong to their authors.
